General T.O.S.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Compensation may only be considered in rare, exceptional cases at the discretion of the server administration.
Permanent bans may result in the loss of Donator items, depending on the severity and nature of the offense.
Community bans will result in the immediate and permanent removal of all Donator items with no eligibility for compensation.
Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an automatic community ban and permanent removal of all items and roles associated with your account.

Donator Tiers

Abuse of donator privileges, roles, or jobs (including but not limited to exploiting, rulebreaking, or griefing) may lead to whitelist removal or further punishment at staff discretion.
Donator perks and tiers are non-transferable between servers unless explicitly stated.

Perma-Weapons

Abusing, exploiting, duplicating, or glitching perma-weapons is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate removal without warning.
Perma-weapons are prohibited from use on SCP roles or any restricted job unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Perma-weapons are not transferable between accounts or servers.

Cash Injections

Cash Injections can be purchased multiple times without limit.
All in-game currency gained from Cash Injections is subject to removal during economy resets or wipes.
Economy resets will be announced in advance to allow players to use their funds beforehand.
Cash Injection purchases are non-refundable, even if the currency is removed during a wipe.

Additional Disclaimers
Donator status does not exempt you from server rules or moderation. Upper Administration reserve the right to remove perks or access without refund.
All digital goods are intangible virtual items with no real-world value.
